South of Genoa, just north of La Spezia, you will find the incredibly beautiful coastline and the Cinque Terre National Park, the 5 villages; Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. This area included since 1997 in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Monterosso is the largest of these villages and has attracted tourists of all ages because of its incredible charm. The beautiful medieval town with its rugged mountains, the pastel-colored houses and the child-friendly beach make this a place you like to return to. Here you go easily by train. Travelling by train between the villages is a very short outing in minutes. You can also walk between the villages. A fantastic experience for those who like heights.

We can offer one place to stay in Monterosso

Villa Adriana

Villa Adriana is situated in the very center of Monterosso which is the first of the small villages in the concept of the Cinque Terre if you come from the north.
The villa is more like a hotel than a monastery. There are a garden with fantastic views over the bay.

All rooms have WC / shower and a very good standard. Many of the rooms have sea views. Of course there is also a chapel as a threat to the villa. Villa Adriana is a good reliable alternative if you want to live centrally and want some hiear, standard, and if you want to be close to all the hiking trails along the coastline of Cinque Terre.
